Ok I'll give you the name change, let's agree it's dead, but it's still a red flag on following through. Still that has to be let go.

Everything else mentioned is a valid concern and like it or not why we are down in subville or for the others why we are allowed to be manipulated to subville.

These concerns are valid in nearly every pinky that is not fully transparent and 95% of them turn out to be junk so they are very valid concerns

To not acknowledge them is just as foolish imho.

Hopefully the "robust and often news" that is coming is just that and we can all just get along.

The longer we wait the worse the sentiment gets.
