Very interesting, Jaymark. I am not an industry expert, but I suppose this transportation method would be most desireable for someone who is faced with having to build a new pipeline but already has rail nearby.

Of course this could impact QS to a degree, but I'd be more nervous if I were a diluent seller here. If AOT becomes a commercial reality, then they will be squeezed from both sides.
