We were left with a huge financial / company mess and our accountant and attorney has been cleaning/ organizing everything up.

Yet they had no problem publishing false financial statements to OTC markets to remove the stop sign. Sounds like fraud to me.

But that's nothing new here.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
