What's wrong with my numbers?

igotthemojo, I must confess I did not understand your critique of my analysis. Here is the essence of what I said:

1) KBLB has approximately 800 million regular shares, of which KT owns a little more than 200 million.

2) Counting the supervoting shares (2 x 200m), if shareholders voted there would be a total of 1.2 billion votes.

3) KT still has a bare majority of those 1.2 billion votes, but if he were to sell 50 million shares, he would not longer have a majority vote.

4) Those numbers could change if KT were to award himself additional shares.

I would appreciate your pointing out where I went wrong with those numbers.
