Confirmed with TA that the Power Up conversion was actually completed on Tuesday with Principal and interest remaining: $0

Along with the update on the power up note this was there as well....

With the harvest of our chili peppers started in effect only two weeks ago, the cash flow from the harvest is coming slightly later than first anticipated.

I have spoke with Jan briefly and he seems very busy but he did mention he is headed to Ensanada early next week.

I have a feeling we will have updates right around the corner.
