EN$DV has become a waiting room!

So, if FINRA takes another month or two or three, DOLV will just create a backlog of unreleased FINs waiting on the ticker update? That doesn't seem like a realistic strategy to me.

I will email RO, but thought maybe someone had more updated info regarding the FINs delays.
