Initial $75K was on a more vital 10Q as financial matter already done with no 8K at all. Why should the next one so require? Need to complain in a consistent fashion please.

Need to see the FOIA request as I believe none have seen the actual contract so message board expert opinions are relative worthless so you ask why so many incorrect so often I'm one bright and concerned enough to ask as he suggests the one who does know the contract and he saw no reason I could not tell others as a purely financial matter and not a material event to fulfill the basic agreement. Be a pure delight to be proven wrong.
Prime example is the water rights purchase for $50K I provided as strictly operational need. 8K put out ? Not needed and believe announced it here as own knowledge. But how very clever to discern Mexus had no $250K in the hue and cry here so the payment was made by the contracted agreed MarMar until revenue IS there for any use. Really? I'd give it up guys.
