Here's a copy of an email I sent to Tom Nelson of TEN associates yesterday afternoon.

Hello Mr. Nelson,

It has been a while since RETC announced it’s proposed acquisition of 12 Japan. I was wondering if there has been any news or when we can expect any news on when this proposed deal will close?

Also can wee expect further news shortly on the previously mentioned pilot projects in Asia, Europe and North America?

Also, am I correct in thinking that the company might be seeking an uplist to the OTCQB?
