Just a hunch but you'd probably draw less ire and it'd definitely help the pump if you had an actual source for your quote. Even if you just threw in something like "per my conversation with Montandon" or something like that...
But the 'quotes' that are clearly not a citation from a verifiable source...just piss people off.
