Nugent isnt part of TTCM, beside that he is holding 30% stake in this CO, he has no dir position, nor any other affiliation with this CO, this is filled with the authorities. And on that moment, when he should get active again, he would need to fill it with the SEC and as Insider, he would need to declare his buys and sales( just in case) Thats first..

2nd, Polybia Studios( fully subsidiary) made a couple apps for TTCM, Safedateapp and Temple TED, further the acquired app, Photosweep got changed by PB, not sure how deep the changes were.. and it seems they will make a new app for us, possible that only the name will change from Safedateapp to Travelkeep. Iam also not sure if Polybia shut the door for some time, not sure if they will open the doors at some point again..but what i know is, it says: Employees Not Available @ OTC.

My take on PolybiaStudios is, the Designers could be real smart, the apps could be also really good, maybe they did not get enough time to prove them self on properly manner, possible that the guys there also fulfilling theirs other or real Fulltimejob..also possible that it was just a story of costs for the low delivery of apps.

But i really wished from Polybiastudios, maybe also awaited, that we would get 10s of apps during 2014-2017.

for any startup Co, like Polybia it is, the first goal isnt to make money, but to prove them self and that would had been to make 10s of apps the year, without earning a cent. That is sure imo and this is how business getting started in germany, its already getting precalculated/ forecasted, that startup cos going to make the first 3 years red numbers and followed going in black (profitable)


But the most important thing is, there isnt any dilution to can finance polybia studios or other things at CO and i really prefer this way, no dilution and return low delivery.. i dont think that shareholders would be happy to own 10 same sort 100-500 download apps, but with massive dilution and with an SP at 0.0001 levels..

We are good this way imo and lets just wait on Klickzie development, funding of it, Investors, FOrtune 50..
