I would think if it came to a buyout they would pay so much a share in cash and that would be it. That is why Berman said that a buyout would be the only way for he and his family to cash out without crushing the share price. And Steve has controlling interest so he would be able to say yes or no to offer. That would be my guess on a buyout but we are quite a ways from that yet IMO.
