Not sure how you can say that. Actually the ARCI market cap is about to increase dramatically because the share count will balloon from under 7M to over 35M as a result of the acquisition. The fact that the company still hasn't mentioned anything in a public PR about Geotraq sure seems shady to me. ARCI shareholders should be furious as they will now own less than 20% of the combined company. Management just gave away the company to Geotraq, without any explanation as to why. And after a terrific turnaround quarter. Makes no sense. I'm surprised the stock is still over $1.
