Bigworld, Some very interesting info from a prominent cardiac surgeon named Steve Gundry (link below). I listened to his presentation on polyphenols a while back, and then his revelations concerning lectins.

Fascinating stuff, and backed by clinical trials and solid science. This guy probably deserves a Nobel prize -
