If there were patents, it would show in USPTO by now.

It does not.

There ain't any patent.

There is only one company GTRQ

Show me the link to the executed acquisition.

ARCI paid for what is about left in the company funds as per their latest 10Q.

There are so much rachet clauses in the value that this sounds like a stunt to spike price up on rumors.

I do not believe Sullivan can deliver the sales nor any intellectual property.

Sullivan never succeded in the past, and nobody can present a winning list of achievements.

Buyers beware.
