I posted a couple of weeks ago ... my thinking is that we really have no idea on the deals prekatrina... 95% or more have no knowledge of this guy (pa) at all or this pit... katrina put them on the map along with the florida pump and dump gang.... saying that my bet is the prekatrina deals are now coming out to the market to get sold... this guy (pa) is buy happy... and his deals have some little cash but you can bet the bank huge shares to the sellers... these sellers only want their money back when the restricted period is over... I mentioned a private placement deal I was in a while back and sold as soon as I was unrestricted, above the buck area... couldn't wait to cash out... made some money and the others in the deal did the same.... result the pps plunged to all time lows.... same kind of situation here in my opinion.... this guy (pa) I can even bring myself to give him a title because to me he is as dumb as a box of rocks , did deals and the pit is probably the main one that is coming home to roost ... hense all the unlimited amount of shares coming into the market supressing the pps... that makes sense to me.... this is why he doesn't want the share structure to be ungagged... it will show what will happen when all these bs company buy, buy , buy and buy somemore will do to any run in the pps coming in a few short years will do to the pps.... the buyback is a "smokescreen" in my opinion to cover the delution because of the pasts deals.... all in my opinion and I really believe this is what is now happening... thoughts anyone...
