One of the big problems here is people don't realize how fast the price per share will move on the reverse merger

They all think they can buy when the news comes out but what they don't realize is this is the one play that when the news comes there is no buying

The new ticker symbol will prevent them from buying at this price ... when the news hits it will be dollars a share and too late for them to join the party
