I asked him about AMHD merger. He informed me that UNGS has not announced a merger just a stock purchase agreement. He said this process is still ongoing due to all the information to go through since Amelot has not filed with OTC or SEC since 2001. I asked him about SCNP. He told me UNGS was not a part of any litigation that involves them and that Sylios had been retained by them "on a consulting basis to assist them in lifting the trading suspension." Said efforts with this are still ongoing. Which he sounds optimistic about. (which is good news for their holders.) I told him that I did not feel the sylios website was being updated appropriately. He told me a new website is currently under construction.
