The Primary Endpoint in Oct'17 is temporary as they will hear Concerns from Fda on Oct 12th.

My guess is Fda will ask them to increase the number of patients - which case this date will move forward. This means that they will not get the big bump of completion resulting in price being kept low thus dilution at lower price.

For me this confirms the concern of delay I had
