Pinkribbon and 1234....after looking over the info...this is what I think. Some entity has been speaking to pmcb...they are asking for this agreement to be put in place...I don't think waggs and austrianova (gunzburg and salmons) just decided on their own to do this. Btw...gunzburg and salmons are part of pmcb as mgmt and advisory....pmcb has first right to refuse any deal..this is a big deal for any company looking for a buyout... austrianova cannot negotiate anything for the first year for any of its technologies...the key word is any of its technologies...seems someone wants all of the technologies not just CIB...I think there is alot more going on than we realize and I think it is possible that some entity is looking to buy out not only pmcb but also austrianova...but they need pmcb to be in complete control of the technology...and associated technologies...now I really think kaboom is coming....jmo
