I especially like to see that they are recruiting production folks to work the SECOND SHIFT.

I thought they just geared up for expanded production. Could it be that they are already at first shift capacity and now adding another?!?

I guess POLA shareholders are all hoping the company has something good to say at the Sept 19 institutional investor conference...
