been lurking for the past year on SBGY, I was going to dip my toes in the water then read about the R/S. So here we are. Now the question is:
do I watch this and like 90% of the stocks that do an R/S they lose share holder value and I will be able to get these same shares at a 30%-50% discount?

OR will SGBYD fly after its R/S(very rare)

I'm betting on the first one
