Please, we've all seen INOH's pps fall back into the no-bid hole time and time again. As soon as someone sits on the bid, traders dump into it wanting to be freed from the INOH chains. Then it goes no bid again.

INOH is simply a decade long repetitive P&D scam - sorry, no way around it.
