Apparently, some delay. They said 'The Company hopes to close the acquisition by the end of the third quarter.' in the last 10Q. So, it should be completed by end of this month.

In the mean time, diluting mms have not been active for the past few days.
VNDM @ .001 & BMIC @ .003. So, with a little buying volume it could close up a bit in .0006-7 range.
