The history here for SDVI is complicated. Former CEO Ken Hurley was mad about the increase in the A/S done by Marty.

The current CEO had nothing to do with that A/S increase and does not have those shares at his disposal to dilute. Hurley does from what I remember.

Hurley is still the principal investor here from what I understand and has stated that he wanted to avoid any further dilution.

IMO and FWIW.
