When I went to the Nevada SOS and looked up Mexus Gold US - I that that Paul Thompson is the President - Secretary - Treasurer - Director - this is another huge red flag - one Officer/Director and the company doesn't have any employees.

From the financials:

"Employees

We have no employees at this time in the United States and Mexico."

Now that is interesting - a mining company without any employees.

Maybe the Mining Fairy is helping out.
