Really doesn't matter what the circumstances of Orange Air was! All we care about is that our company is making a deal with Songbird Airways and they are communicating with the FAA in regards to the transfer of the Certification. It was stated right in the 8K!! We don't care about another airlines. Every situation is different... our company has a good certification coming, existing Songbird employees coming and the lease of the Songbird 737 coming!!! Call Songbird and confirm! Or call the inside contact at Xtra.... they probably know as well! Songbird has already stated it's the real deal!!
