Let's change the subject. Obviously the 10K has been a means for delay of any info and will be basically worthless. So since we have a new name, what category are the late quarterlies going to be under....old company or new. Since they reorganized in August, Both the first and second quarterly should be under the old name? If under the old name, then Rossi just bought a ton more reasons to stall them. If that is the case, the what happens in the third quarter since the reorganization happened in the middle of the third quarter.

This reorganization thing sure has bought Rossi a lot of time....which he probably needed.
