I do agree with quarterly conference perspective, that its better to build a few quality contractees and keep improving professional feed-back into the company's major product offering, and avoid having too many newbie contracts signed. National and international government agencies like solid evidence of reputable support for their device approvals.

This field of operative tech is big and possesses growing markets, that's a plus for me as we do not need to become the major player to create reasonable revenues streams.
