So unless the company releases via PR, information regarding the reply to the delisting and these types of things are not release to avoid crazy trading.
That is how I have understood it for other examples. My problem is that if they did not respond I figured Nasdaq would have delisted them by now as you have said it has been 3 months....
I have my fingers cross that I can get something out of it even at a big loss.
