the ceo's have cried wolf for so many years, no one is buying until a REAL contract comes along

Says "horseshoe". WRONG!
So who's buying? All those who understand that as the rationale for
investing is once more reaffirmed, AND the pps is not moving up, the
opportunity to get cheap shares before the lemmings wake up is now
once more available!

As of 1:00 PM, we're approaching 1/2 million shares (3 times daily norm).
I guess somebody is buying! I'm one of them.
