Chapter 11 or Chapter 7 bankruptcy? Possibly an "involuntary" bankruptcy?

'What' is the real question as we've witnessed a virtual BK a year or more ago. but why wasn't it filed? While Redwood and their pals are owed some 40 million dollars. And what asset does this horse and pony show have? Zip, zilch, crap nothing to cover this debt. joke BS patent pending? LOL and an Product xmax tree spray that'a public domain? Or moreover no matter what you mix into a common cemical component is so common, nobody can claim rights too? a product? LOL

yet even if you break it down, strip out the penalties and bonuses Redwood is receiving, I estimate the lowest pitch for Redwood, without considering all the money they've doubled, tripled and at times pulled ten time their money, several millions $$$ Redwood has flipped into pump and dump BS news.

The Toxic 'Death Spiral that brought this scam to today's point. without counting all the millions, toxic has already made I estimate current debt, remove the penalties and perks then it's really some 20 million of debt..

As I said when it should have filed, when the conman bailed, there's only 1 reason Redwood can't force BK, and or it hasn't filed is Because Redwood wants to keep rolling the die.

Debt is controlling this scam now and surely in a BK they'll get nothing. "Zip, zilch, crap nothing to cover this debt."

There does not seem to be a law, nor would they allow exposure to revel this scam method of pay-off. Moreover, as predicted, whenever conman bailed: , reverse split as many times it takes until redwood and all other debtors are satisfied.

Toxic debt has 1 and only one path to take. bleed the life out, dry and harvest the pelt stretch it and play it again, again and again.

After all, it only requires ignorance and delusional hype to real in ships of fools. .

Corn-fused-us Long-vestor ancient saying: Patience and small movements keep a steady course.

I don't have a humble opinion!

At's ma boy!
