Hjoe is supposed to be incorporated in Colorado, but has pages of failure to pay fees and update.

Technically, hjoe has no business license to operate anywhere in US. Perhaps that's why they moved everything to Korea.
Hangover joe's is delinquent and hangover joes holdings is now non compliant. That wouldn't stop the stock from selling however, that is if it wasn't already stopped by the sec for fraud. Unlike n-t-ek which is all in default, stock still sells.

Apparently these ceo's like hjoe officers and other scams don't care that much for business licenses. Since they do all their business on line selling their stock and none in retail, maybe they don't need that kind of business license in the first place.

I'm starting to believe that might be the way it is right now, and the law should start looking at this way of scamming.
