Kodiak Sold their 122M shares into the Market.

OS incressed to 1.4 Billion. Now he has a legal dispute with Kodiak with no funds to fight it.
He also has a legal dispute with AFN to get back the 25K pizzed away on that deal.

Now he has to find an alternative source of financing.

Kodiak's move was a vote of NON Confidence. they wanted out !FAST
