emit, I understand UNXL filed for Chapter 11, and I been through it with others. At issue is current amount owed to creditors and debt obligations far exceed assets.

IMO this could take 3-5 years in court and UNXL common share holders will get nothing. I decided to sell all before it gets to low like .001
