What exactly do you think TMPS does? last time I checked the modify aircraft and aircraft systems eh?

Do some more research so you do not come off as uninformed its not a good look

This includes modifying existing aircraft for an array of testing and operational missions, many of which center around information, surveillance, target acquisition, and reconnaissance (ISTAR) duties.
