SPO Global Launch Major Investment in Sales & Marketing

To All Shareholders: Woburn / September 5, 2017.

We would like to inform all our shareholders that as part of our ongoing expansion plans for sales of our Reflective Solutions, StressTester & Sentinel products into North America, we have launched 2 brand new sales & marketing initiatives to ensure a healthy sales pipeline and growth as we move into 2018.

The first initiative focuses on telemarketing activities using a third-party lead generation company who are making appointments for our sales reps with corporations who have an interest in application performance and application management. They are contracted to provide leads/appointments on a weekly basis and this initiative will be ongoing over the next 12 months. We are confident that these telemarketing activities will add value to our bottom line.

We have also committed to exhibit at the Maximo Utility Working Group (MUWG) conference at the end of October in Nashville TN. The MUWG is a not for profit corporation that was formed to provide industry education through information sharing within its membership. Currently there are over one hundred and sixty utility member companies in the MUWG, and this conference will give us a chance to show case our solutions to this market sector. IBM Maximo users currently represent around 70% of our customer base so this is an extremely important market place for us.

We are very excited about the opportunities these 2 initiatives will bring and are pleased that you remain to be part of our success.
