Comments about heavy share ownership by Angelo Ponzetta

Ponzetta owns 45,000,000 common shares and 5,000,000 Series A Pfd shares. The Series A Pfd are convertible at any time into 20 common shares for each Series A Pfd share.

Source pages 21 and 26 (conversion) of 29 from June 27, 2017 8K.

So if Ponzetta converted his Pfd shares to common he would own 145,000,000 of 175,682,000 common shares! That's 83.1%.

Huge payoff for this guy if this stock takes off and these magic mirrors start to fly.
