Seriously...With a cash flow and PROFIT of 600k a month. Only in the OTC is This ONCI deal believable.
OK let's use Shark Tank. A Company with 7 Million in net PROFIT Annual, with MUCH higher net sales, for 3.5 Million. Do the Valuation... LOL

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
