That can't be a serious statement?????????????????

Courts don't entertain silly suits, especially federal courts.
If one is filed in federal court, you have a problem on your hands.

I certainly don't wish that on FNHI, it's been bad enough with the one being corrected.

(or do you know something we don't know, like other brands that may be challenged for patent/trademark). Tell me no!
