The.judge.said.NO.LAWYERS.AND.THE.CASE.IS DISMISSED.SEPTEMBER.14TH!!! LESS THAN 12.DAYS.FROM.NOW. Its over folks. No lawyers appear to be willing to take PTSCs case probably because they know they is no way to win against the fatal markman ruling. IMO that is why all of their lawyers filed to quit the case. PTSC only got out of 1 of the 2 fatal interpretations of this ruling changed. That is why the appeals court judges said the ruling would not effect the outcome. The district court judge will simply follow their opinion as it is LAW. You lost. It is over. The german currency arbitrage situation (it is some kind of scheme in my opinion to take advantage of differing US EURO exchange rates) is no help to the actual share price in my opinion but it can allow you to sell for a good price. It is over folks take the penny a share before it goes to zero. IN my opinion!
