I disagree. There are 75,682,024 COMMON shares issued & outstanding PLUS 5,000,000 Series A PFD. Management owns 46,000,000 of the common. The way it is presented makes it look like there are only 24,692,024 common shares held by non-executives when there are actually 29,692,024. Either change the total to 80,692,024 or change the float to 29,692,024.

Regardless, as you have been around here a lot longer than me, I will defer to your decision. Up to you whether you want to change it or not.
