As a moderator, I am thinking that the share structure in the intro section is obviously wrong. Of the 75,692,024 common shares outstanding, 46,000,000 are owned by officers, directors. That leaves 29,692,024 as the common share float rather than the 24,692,024 displayed. It is noted elsewhere that CEO also owns 5,000,000 preferred shares.

I am planning on correcting this. You agree?
