i guess the NEWS or filings related to RMRK will hit before the 4 th quarter as they are moving forward fast with their plans


first the asset purchase agreement with RMRK (a NEVADA co ) through CRCW


then they have created a new subsidiary in CRCW :the Crypto co

and now they are moving the new subsidiary from UTAH to NEVADA where

they have a purchase agreement with RMRK (the trading public vehicle )

it is all coming together


the reverse triangular merger is happening
