Here is clear statement from Tony in the April conf call by Tony -

"....our company as a Board member. In closing, I want to make or review a couple of the upcoming milestones. We expect to complete enrollment in our Phase 3 PRO 140 combination trial by the end of June. Clearly, there will be an additional week of data compilation and as more data becomes available to us, we will be reporting it through press releases."

So Tony promised release of primary data after 1 week of last patient enrollment.

It is more than 1 week after 31 patients enrollment and there is no PR on topline data.

So they have changed the path
