Tristar deal should give us market cap of 300-400 mil easy if you account for recurring revenues that Tempus would be able to generate for next 10-15 years. Omega would hate to have competitors like Tempus who would take business away from them and it could affect their bottomline revenues. Omega has lots of cash and I think they wouldn't mind paying tempus huge sums of money to not enter market or simply buyout our refueling assets. IMO
