At the current O/S that would make the market value of this company >>$4.77 BILLION.<< Throw in all those "Preferred C Shares" Alper printed and issued which convert into common at a rate of 10-for-1 (2 billion total) and the O/S balloons north of 5-6 billion.

In January FORBES reported "Marijuana Sales Totaled $6.7 Billion In 2016" (that's the US and Canada combined. NOTE: That was total RETAIL REVENUES BEFORE EXPENSES).

Granted that $6.7B was up 30% over 2015 and growth is expected to continue. HOWEVER... BLDV isn't even in the game yet!

*NOT one MJ plant

Yet people here think BLDV is poised to become a $5-6 Billion+++ behemoth capable of eclipsing the entire MJ/MMJ market in North America.
