I have changed my thoughts again now that he had moved from PRs on only iHub news, to Marketwired...this tells me two things:

1. Steve generating enough revenue for him to now feel comfortable spending the extra money on PR.

2. He's getting serious about reaching a larger audience and increasing shareholder value.

I was getting skeptical earlier in the year bc those extra shares were hitting the OS in the Q, and felt he was only addressing iHub traders to sell them to. He turned a corner and has gotten serious about SH value.

Let's not forget the he is a large shareholder himself and intends on selling Hexagon, and for a large profit for himself
