The real only advantage the company has (to what I can discern), is they have progressed into active development stage of this micro-tech form of medical robotics. That said, many innovator teams and companies have taken note of their tech through their patents and other means.
Large $$$s groups are not just going to stand by and let a few patents stop them from protecting their moves to take over such bio-tech.

For example, there are instances of very small chips that have tiny attachments to themselves, that can maneuver and carry out primitive
molecular level movements and activities. One would have to be extremely unimaginative to not foresee MBOT's window 'clock' is ticking'.
Iran comes to mind as possessing adequate talent and tech experience
to develop a real challenge to MBOT tech (forget the Atom issues, and they could roll easily over into bio-medical robotics field and be major exporter of it).

Worldwide firms are desperate and aggressive in their needs for more
profits and electronic forms of medical service, to lessen the side-effect of chemical drug and procedure delivery and analysis.

Another question herein revolves around how long and how far can MBOT drop before listing requirements loom, and everyone starts to deeply wonder what is bot actually into.

A partner here or a visible step into actual medical demo would do something to help attract retail investors.

I watch from the sidelines for now, to see how it goes.
