It would be nice, but I suspect he knows he promised Aug 2nd or 3rd and doing what he can. I hope his lawyers don't charge as much as the one I went to see yesterday (doesn't hurt to be proactive in my situation even though I haven't been charged with anything and it was my roommate doing the illegal searches). He charges $275. an hour. Larry must be running up one heck of a bill!
