I agree. Speculation on positive news is naive. Speculation on alleged dilution that never happened is also naive. What we know is:
1) the technology has been proven to work
2) restarting the plant to complete a few additional tests
3) DOE is involved in some capacity
4) China increasing their imports of US coal
5) Japan is increasing coal usage
6) India is increasing coal usage
7) The company is engaged with Wyoming New Energy for the first US commercial plant
8) no more convertible notes on balance sheet.

In my opinion the scene is set but only time will tell.
